On November 4, 2017, Theyshootn held its final event of the year. Bless the Dead, Praise the Lowered was a celebration of life, death and lowriders. Held at Fice Gallery, the event featured new works from photographers Jose Domingo, Juan Fuentes and myself; live art from DINKC; live vehicle airbrushing by Mpek; music from Ray Gonzalez and Manny Madrid; classic cars from Compas Colorado CC, Out of Control CC, and others; and a Día de los Muertos procession featuring Las Chingonas. The event helped raise over $1,300 for earthquake relief in Mexico.
